Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. No refund can be provided for any purchase made through our official website (www.spectrababy.com.my) due to hygiene reasons. Exchange for the product is only considered if the product is sealed and unused. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any exchange for the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be sealed & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned as they are highly rated wear & tear products. Perishable goods such as Spectra Baby Accessories cannot be exchanged.

- Electronic Goods
To complete your exchange of product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are eligible, then your exchange of product will be processed within a certain number of days.
